A practical guide, to understand the return of investment for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) has been published by UNESCO-UNEVOC.

Fast-pace changes in the world of work will create future challenges, and create a world full of competing demands. There is a need to develop the knowledge, skills and competencies required to meet professional and societal demands.

The guide, which has been launched by UNESCO-UNEVOC and the National Centre for Vocational Education and Research (NCVER), Australia, targets ministry officials, institutional representatives and researchers:

  2. To identify the main obstacles to measure the ROI, including the availability of data
