The Ford Technology Training programme was launched at the Industrial Technical Institute (ITI) of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MLVT)

Ford Cambodia, the biggest division operated by RMA Cambodia (RMAC), launched the programme and delivered four Ford vehicles to ITI to contribute to developing human resources in Cambodia.

RMA Cambodia have spent about $500,000 year on year on investments that would support staff and students at various universities in Cambodia. This is invested into technical and vocational training and skills development.

This investment provides them with the opportunity to study and practice directly with RMAC’s experts.

RMA has a technical training centre that has been established through the investments in human resources.

RMAC supports the renovation of the centre and equips the facilities. They also have provided four ford vehicles for training and established a training programme in vocational training.

This gives the students the opportunity to study and practice their skills. It also gives the students an opportunity to study and practice with RMA’s trainer through the partnership with ITI.

The handover of four ford vehicles and investment in facilities are all ways to help the technical training centre become an active centre. This will contribute to developing human resources in Cambodia and respond to the automotive technical demands in the market.
