Artificial Intelligence in Education and Training
UNESCO-UNEVOC Virtual Conference
Description
Changing labour market transformations brought about by the development of Artificial Intelligence will affect a lot of professions, particularly in the area of technical and vocational education and training. The development of AI will have an impact on innovations in various sectors and create many implications for the transformation of the workforce and labour market.
With all these changes, to ensure students’ continued employability, students need to be offered a changing set of skills by institutions. An education system which is responsive to labour market demands will incorporate AI both in its own systems and in the education and training provided to students.
The following publication shares the outcomes from a virtual conference that was held inconjuction with UNESCO-UNEVOC on the future of TVET teaching and learning.
